Premier Boxing Champions on Spike Weigh-in Results: Tarver, Cunningham Official

Premier Boxing Champions’ Antonio Tarver (217) and Steve Cunningham (204) took to the scale Thursday afternoon in Newark, N.J., to make official Friday night’s PBC on Spike headliner.

Following much tension during their media call several weeks prior, Thursday’s weigh-ins were mostly uneventful as the pair shook hands after starring deep into each other’s eyes on the eve of battle. The gathering took place at Newark’s Prudential Center, home of Friday’s card.

Also making weight were co-headliners Marco Huck (199) and Krzyzstof Glowacki (198). Huck’s WBO cruiserweight title will be up for grabs.
