Biggest Accomplishment: “I think it was getting the broadcast deals with Showtime and CBS. With the broadcast deals, everything else becomes possible. It’s a lot easier to have a conversation with a top fighter. It makes our job a lot easier.”
Biggest Regret: “I feel when you’ve had such a year that we’ve had, there isn’t really that big down-point that disappointed us. All the pieces fell into place this year.”
Biggest Challenge: “It’s the frequency and volume of fights that were putting together for Showtime and CBS. The volume of the fights and dealing with the fighters and continuing to grow our staff and infrastructure to handle the volume of events. That’s probably been the most challenging thing.”
New Year’s Resolution: “I think we’re going to introduce performance bonuses (Best Knockout, Best Submission) in the second quarter of the year.”
