Holloway climbs into the UFC with wins in 17 of his past 21 outings, having lost only to Alexander Volkanovski (three times) and Dustin Poirier. The 31-year-old Hawaiian last appeared at UFC on ESPN 44, where he took a five-round unanimous decision from Arnold Allen on April 15. Holloway has compiled a 20-7 mark inside the Octagon. Jung, meanwhile, has rattled off four victories in seven assignments since returning from mandatory military service in his native South Korea. He last fought on April 9, 2022, when he succumbed to fourth-round punches from the aforementioned Volkanovski in a failed bid to capture the featherweight crown at UFC 273. Jung, 36, owns a 7-4 record in the UFC.
