INTERNATIONAL FIGHT FANS TO GET THEIR CHANCE TO WATCH FEDOR AND MOUSASI LIVE ON INTERNET PPV

(PRESS RELEASE) -- With final preparations being made for "HDNET FIGHTS PRESENTS M-1 GLOBAL BREAKTHROUGH" on Friday, August, 28, M-1 Global announced Thursday that the International feed of the event will be available on Internet pay-per-view via M-1Global.com and Mixfight.ru.

"HDNET FIGHTS PRESENTS M-1 GLOBAL BREAKTHROUGH" will be headlined by the United States debut of former NCAA All-American "King" Mo Lawal as he takes on former PRIDE and UFC star Mark "The Smashing Machine" Kerr.

Into addition to Lawal vs. Kerr, fans outside of the U.S. and Korea will be able to watch a special sparring exhibition between M-1' fighters "The Last Emperor" Fedor Emelianenko and newly-crowned Strikeforce light heavyweight champion Gegard Mousasi.

The high-quality stream will be priced at approximately $9.95 (price will vary depending on country due to conversion rates) and will begin at 22:00 PM EST.

With a card featuring some of the world's best up and coming talent, M-1's decision to offer its PPV stream will allow Finnish and Russian fans to watch the highly-anticipated rematch between Lucio Linhares and Mikhail Zayats. Additionally, French fight fans will now be able to witness Karl "The Psycho" Amoussou's first-ever nationally televised fight in the U.S.

Other International fighters to be featured on the card include Daisuke Nakamura of Japan (vs. Ferrid Kheder), Rob Broughton of England (vs. Jessie Gibbs), and Michael Kita of Poland (vs. Lloyd "Kadillac" Marshbanks).

Orders are now being accepted at M-1Global.com through a SMS payment widget on the right hand side of the page.

For those looking to attend the event live at Memorial Hall in Kansas City, tickets are currently on sale at Ticketmaster.com and all local Ticketmaster outlets.

In addition to Lawal vs. Kerr, "HDNET FIGHTS PRESENTS M-1 GLOBAL BREAKTHROUGH" will also feature a special sparring exhibition between "The Last Emperor" Fedor Emelianenko and newly-crowned Strikeforce light heavyweight champion Gegard Mousasi. Additionally, number one Sherdog.com European MMA prospect Karl "Psycho" Amoussou will fight on live TV in the U.S. for the first time when he takes on the resurgent John "The Iron Bull" Doyle.

HDNET's telecast will begin on Friday, Aug. 28 at 10:00 p.m. ET with the local undercard at the Historic Memorial Hall in Kansas City beginning at 7 p.m. CT. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.com and all local Ticketmaster outlets.
