TJ De Santis and Jeff Sherwood spoke with UFC bantamweight champion Dominick Cruz on Monday’s edition of “Beatdown” on the Sherdog Radio Network.

The UFC’s premier fighter at 135-pounds has been sidelined by a serious knee injury. Champion Dominick Cruz joined TJ and Jeff on Monday’s edition of “Beatdown” to chat about his recovery, the challenges away from competition in mixed martial arts, and what its been like to wear the commentator’s hat for the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Cruz also talks about the performance by Renan Pegado who retained the interim bantamweight title over the weekend when he defeated Michael McDonald by submission.
